We were saving copies of our reports in 'Downloads' within each of our repositories within our workspace. This was being used for version control and to keep one centralised copy for our team to download and use when working on a report.
All our reports saved in the 'Downloads' tab within all our repositories are missing.
In addition to this, we are not able to upload anything on to Bitbucket.
Please can someone assist us with this asap.
G'day, @Rachael Morrison
Welcome to the community!
== Update ==
The reason you are unable to see files in the downloads section is due to recent changes in our Free plan. Essentially, with the new changes, you are no longer able to use Downloads, Snippets, and the 1 GB workspace storage limit, as well as pipeline logs retention is reduced to 60 days

Hi @Syahrul, Thank you for getting back to me and informing me of this. None of our team were informed about this change in order to be prepared for all our version control system to disappear overnight.
Is there a way to download all our files now? Or have we just lost everything without notice?

We want to assure you that your files have not been deleted; they are still stored in the repository. With the new changes to a free plan, we have just disabled the ability to upload and download previously uploaded files.
We understand that changes like this can be disruptive, and we have communicated this update via email since last year and posted a blog explaining the changes here.
If you need access to your files in the Downloads section, consider upgrading your plan to a paid plan

Syahrul
