I have done much work with Mediawiki over the years, and one feature I use often are Templates. They allow making a common bit of wiki code that can be imported on multiple pages. If the common code changes, all pages display the update.
Is there something like that with the wiki that Bitbucket is using?

I'm afraid that Bitbucket Cloud currently does not offer the functionality of using Templates on the repository Wikis. I went ahead and created a feature request for it, which you can find on the following link :
I would suggest you to add your vote there, since this helps both developers and product managers to understand the interest. Also, make sure you add yourself as a watcher in case you want to receive first-hand updates from that ticket. Please note that all features are implemented with this policy in mind.
