Hi, for some reason I stopped receiving email notifications from BitBucket recently (such as new PRs or PR updates) but I'm still receiving email notifications from JIRA and Confluence.
My team is also still able to receive their BitBucket email notifications so I'm stumped here. Is it a BitBucket issue or any way to narrow down possible issues?
Hi, @Siang Poh Chua! Welcome to the community!
I checked our logs and confirmed that your email had a block on the server that prevented emails from being sent to you. So I removed your email from this suppression list.
Could you please confirm if you receive the notifications now?
Kind regards,
Caroline

Hello @Siang Poh Chua ,
Welcome to the community,
Turns out this is being caused by a bug related to the new browser experience, until we fix this you can use the following workaround: Navigate to Bitbucket Settings > Labs. Disable the feature 'New Source Browser experience' Refresh the repository and click "Overview" tab.
Thanks & Regards,
Zulfiqar Bin Zafar

Hi @Zulfiqar Bin Zafar I don't see 'New Source Browser experience' specifically. However I do see 'Atlassian Editor' enabled, are they the same thing?
I'll try turning this off anyway to see if it helps
