I am observing the Performance issue in our Bitbucket Cluster instance randomly.
When ever git-upload-archive events occur, I see file system IOPS increase and CPU load increases and most of the activity will be in a wait state.
Did anyone had similar issues. Our NFS is in SSD drive hence IOPS is not an issue (i think so) however I do suspect my /etc/fstab which has below entries.
10.x.x.x:/volume_name /opt/stash_home/shared nfs4 rw,sec=sys,nosuid,nodev,lookupcache=pos,noatime,intr,rsize=32768,wsize=32768 0 0
Please share you experiences in this regard. any suggestion w.r.t overcome the issue are all very much welcome.
Thank you in advance.
Hi Ravi,
We're aware of performance issues with NFSv4, which is why for Bitbucket Data Center we only support NFSv3.

Hi @Christian Glockner ,
Does this apply also to Bitbucket Server? Is NFSv4 still not supported for Bitbucket server?
Thanks and regards,
Marianne
