I would like to have a new version of one repository to make some new breaking changes. But I cannot find the option seems to be because I am the owner.

Hello @juanmiguel431,

Yes, you can fork any repository, even your own. From the repository, click + in the leftmost global sidebar and select Fork this repository under Get to work. You should see fork dialog after that.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Daniil

Thanks,

The problem were that all repositories have a configuration in repository details where you decide whether it can be fork or not. In my case I had this option with No Fork. After changed this, I could fork the repository.
