I tried to create a bug report but it sent me here.
We can't work anymore, since the major password change we can't push or pull anything !!!
I even tried to create a App Password in my profile settings, but after saving nothing is getting stored!!! I am using Firefox

Have you tried a different web browser than Firefox? I suspect it's a web browser issue that is preventing the App Password from generating correctly.
Additionally, if you have Firefox shield turn on I suggest turning that off temporarily and any add-on installed as it may cause some issue with Bitbucket web.
