Can we set separate Billing Contact and technical contact for each team?

You can do that from the my.atlassian.com page. Teams are separate accounts so you can set different contacts for each of them, for more details you can check How to update the contacts in my Atlassian products.

HI Ana,
I do not see technical / billing contact option for each team. I only get to Changes contacts of whole account.

Do you have separate Team accounts (https://bitbucket.org/<team1>/, https://bitbucket.org/<team2>/, etc)? Or just an individual Bitbucket account where you have created groups?
