Cannot create remote repositories from SourceTree

I cannot figure out how to fix this. Every time I try to create a new remote repository on BitBucket I get this:

I've tried signing into services again and changing usernames without success.

Hi Warrick! Can you let us know which version of SourceTree are you using and which OS? And also, are you referring to Bitbucket Server or Cloud?

Hi Ana.

Using BitBucket cloud,
SourceCode version: 2.5.2 (111)
MacOS 10.12.5

Everything else seems to work fine. Can create repos on BitBucket and add them as remotes to my local repos. Can push changes, branch, etc... But just can't create remotes.
