Code Reviewer cannot review a particular PR

When we tested Code Reviewer on PRs it appears to be working as advertised inserting commentary about the code and its requirements fulfilment. But then a real PR was created and nothing happened. On the side bar it merely complained

There is no other information provided to explain what went wrong? How to troubleshoot such events?

I did click Add a question there and it asked me to select a product which I picked Bitbucket Cloud since it's most relevant. Seems like it then auto posted the question here. How am I supposed to control where questions get logged to?

Hi Aaron,

The option Ask a question is going to create the question to the product's Q&A (the product you select).

You need to select the panel Let's discuss right below the group name, in order to create a post in a group. See screenshot below:

 

I understand that this may not be very intuitive, I will let the community managers know.
