I have 2 users in Atlassian Access that has "Bitbucket.org"

They dont use it, and claim they never has.

 

Nomatter what is true, It seem I cant remove them from BB within Atlassian Access, and I does not seem to have anyting in Bitbucket.org for Admin purposes (we dont use Bitbucket.org)

Hi, @Normann P. Nielsen (Netic), thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community.

Bitbucket is appearing on their Product Access simply because they have Bitbucket accounts, but they won’t be charged for it if they don’t have a Bitbucket paid license. 

However, if you still would like to remove this from their Product Access, we from support can remove these Bitbucket accounts if they are empty, I just need your approval as you are one of the Org admins of this organization. In this case, we would need to create an internal ticket, so you can share their emails with us there.

As You can see from the screenshot - this count towards billing.

 

Atlassian Support has removed the users for me.
