'Downloads' section storage limit 1000MB

I get this error when uploading a file from pipeline.

The file is 1.1GB in size

Can I do something to increase this limitation ?

Unfortunately, there's no way to increase or exempt from this limit at the moment.

It is one limitation after the other. I am fed up with bitbucket
