Has anyone deployed bitbucket enterprise on virtual machines?

I am new to bitbucket and I'm not a coder but i'm tasked with building a resilient bitbucket environment using bitbucket enterprise on virtual servers.  Has anyone deployed bitbucket enterprise on virtual machines?

We have plenty of customers (including Enterprise customers) who are running Bitbucket Server (and Data Center) on virtual machines.
