How can I connect to my Bitbucket server?

I searched around the community but looks like nobody had the same problem or I didn't found it.

My problem is I cannot access to my bitcuket server remotely, if I use a browser in my server I see the interface and I can create users and projects but cannot acces using sourcetree.

What left for connect?

I followed different guides trying different things but nothing works.

The ports 7990, 7992, 7993 and 7999 are open.

If needed I can add some logs or somethign helpfull.

Finally I found the error. Looks like the ports were not propertly open.

Yes, I am. I try to connect sourctree in my remote computer with my Bitbucket server.
