Hello,
I want to delete my whole Atlassian account, including the Bitbucket one. I have tried to do it from the Atlassian account page, however I get this error (in Italian):
Il tuo account non può essere eliminato in quanto:
If I visit my.atlassian.com, I see that I have an active subscription to Bitbucket cloud for which I do not pay anything and an expired one for Sourcetree, which is linked to an "organization" with my name. If I access to the organization pages, I am asked to create a new organization, so actually it doesn't exists. Moreover, I cannot designate anyone else as technical contact or billing contact. How can I proceed?
Thank you,
Riccardo
Hi @[deleted]
Could you try to change the billing and technical contact of your SourceTree SEN to something else or perhaps use TempMail and once done, try to delete your account again?
Regards,
Mark C
Hi @Mark C ,
I tried with a temporary mail and succeeded, I already tried it before but for some reasons it didn't work.
However, still in the licenses I see my original names, and I am not able to delete the new account for the same reason as before. I do want to delete all the data from the system. Can you help me?
Thank you!

Hi @[deleted]
I can see your account is not in deleting state.
Could you confirm if you've already deleted it?

Mark C

Hi @G subramanyam ,
Thank you for the answer. I have already deleted the workspace before trying to delete the acount, in fact now I see an empty space:
But still I get that error while deleting. This are my current subscription for which I am the primary contact:

Hi @[deleted] welcome to the Atlassian community.
I understand how it feels, when encountered a blocker like this. Please be informed, even a free subscription is considered an "active product," and your account is designated as the primary billing and technical contact for it. This is why the system won't let you delete it.
The confusion you're experiencing about the "organization" is also common. When you sign up for a free Bitbucket account, a personal workspace (which acts as a small "organization" or team) is created for you. Even though you may not have paid for it, that workspace is an active product tied to your account.
The solution!
You should be an admin of the workspace to delete it. The steps in this official documentation should guide your query.
