How do I connect to bitbucket remote repo and get a file through c# application?

I don't want to clone the repository locally. I want to access a remote file residing in the remote repository through a Windows Form application. How can this be done?

2. Because I don't want to retrieve the entire branch for accessing a single file

3. I want to get the contents of a file from a remote branch and do some comparison job with DB contents through a Windows form application. Basically, my intention is to create a comparison tool which will compare a remote file's specific contents with DB. How can I achieve this?
