Thank you for sending over the steps you took prior to the error along with a screenshot of the error itself. I did notice from the screenshot that you’re not logged into Trello to see the private board. With this said, could you please login to Trello and attempt to access the board?

Thanks for your reply. I've logged in actually but I'm not sure why it showing as an anonymous user. If I navigate to trello on a new tab it works.
