We logged into our account for bitbucket today and we were wondering how can we recover our repos?
We have tried contacting Support but we just get put into a loop or being redirected to docs and no real way to create a ticket with support. Any help or advise would be great
Hello @Mac_Hoque and welcome to the Atlassian Community,
To be sure that in any case, data is recoverable, it's better to have a backup. It can be exported files from Bitbucket on your local device, DIY backup option, or backup software that can help you automate the backup process, for example, GitProtect backup & Disaster Recovery software.
Here you can read more about different options to back up and restore Bitbucket: https://xopero.com/blog/en/best-bitbucket-backup-tools-for-secure-data-protection/

Hi @Mac_Hoque
Welcome the community.
I checked the workspace on my end, however, I didn't see any deleted repositories recently.
Could you confirm if there's any deleted repos recently?
Regards,
Mark C

Hi @Mac_Hoque,
I checked the workspace you referenced and I can confirm there are private repositories hosted on the workspace. However, it looks like you do not have access to that workspace.
Next steps:
Please reach out to an workspace admin and they can invite you to the workspace.
