How many workspace are allowed in free account

How many maximum workspaces I can create in free account

There is no limit to the number of workspaces that can be created for any plan (including Free), although we generally recommend using projects to separate departments/teams rather than separate workspaces.

But i am unble to add members even i make wp1 : 5 users

wp2 : 5 users

Cannot add to wp3

The "create workspace" option has been removed from the Bitbucket Cloud UI, as new workspaces are now managed through Atlassian Admin.

You'll need to create a new workspace through Atlassian Admin by following the steps contained in the below documentation:
