Can you elaborate more on the issue that you cannot commit or clone. Currently, Atlassian status is not indicating any issues: https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/

I wasn't aware that I had two workspaces. I set this up a lot time ago. I updated my billing on the workspace that has nothing on it. I was unaware and now they stopped us from being able to do anything and the support email is a black hole.

@Nikola Perisic I've been a customer since 2016 and never had a complaint and never had to contact support. I thought I gained some customer support karma and they would have helped me quickly with no drama.

I can see you have a paid workspace URL; you need to use that paid workspace URL to raise a support ticket with our support team - otherwise, you will be diverted to the community. Please do so in the future to avoid delays. Note that we do have a billing team, which you can access on that support form by selecting Billing, payments & pricing:
