Solved :: I delete a user in JIRA but Bitbucket Server still counts him

I am using JIRA to manage users. ow I have 3 active users in JIRA.

I deleted users in JIRA. Bitbucket License page gets it right > I have only 3 bitbucket users.
However  bitbucket is not letting login more than 2 users > the 3rd shows a unlicensed.
Also, a bit nitpicky but..... If I use JIRA to manage users, Bitbucket should not count with the bitbucket manager (that only exists as a safeguard and to manage the system handlng the user management to JIRA, not as a real user).

Hello Dinis,

If you’re using Jira to manage your users and a user is removed from a permissions group which Bitbucket is using the then user will no longer have authenticated access to Bitbucket, they should also not count towards your license. For administrator accounts, you can use this account to either be a dedicated account or have it be used by a user with admin access to reduce an idle account towards your license.

If you’re wanting to see which users within Bitbucket are counting towards your license we would suggest reviewing the following article which gives 2 options to easier access into which accounts count towards you pool: How do I find which users count against my Bitbucket Server license?

I hope this information proves helpful.
