Hello, I used to login to bitbucket account with my username/password combination. The email I used for this account was a gmail one. I have also uploaded there my ssh keys in order to push the changes from my computer.

Once, by mistake, in browser, I logged in with "Sing in With Google" option. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I can not see any of my projects, nor repositories. But, I still can push the changes from my laptop (I use the same ssh key), even though I can not see the projects through the browser. Looks like there are 2 accounts, the "old" and "new" one. The old has all the projects/repositores and ssh keys, but the "new account" does not have permissions to see them, and no ssh keys uploaded.

I still can login with username/password option, but it looks the same as I log in through "Sign in with google". Or it logs me in to the "new" account. Also the (new) account seems broken - when I go to the projects, I can not see "Create Project" button for instance.

Is there a way to restore my previous account?

Hey @Igor E

Welcome to the community.

Based on my observation, I can see you have access to **rlo workspace with your existing account. Is this the workspace that you lost access to? If you are unsure, you can run git remote -v on your local repository to see the URL and verify.

If it's indeed the same workspace, then can you try accessing it from the following URL:

https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/

Let me know how it goes

Hey @Syahrul , thanks for looking into my issue.

I do see the **rlo workspace, but the thing is that I do not see any repositories there.

I know that with my old account I have created a few repositories in this workspace, and since I have associated ssh key with my old account, I can, for example, clone a project (using the ssh key) to my computer (from that workspace). But I can not see the repository in the browser.

Hey @Igor E

I understand what's happening. You have two Bitbucket accounts with two different email providers; each email has its own account. The workspace you are trying to access uses an email address different from the one you use to raise a community question.

If you remember the email, try to log in with your other email and see if you can access the workspace.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello @Igor E ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! 😊

Thank you for your question.

You might be stuck logging into this new, empty account even when attempting to use your original username/password combination if your browser's session or cached data points to the new account.

In this case you need to Identify the Primary Email Address of the Original Account.

1. If you're stuck logging into the "new" account in the browser, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try using different browser or an Incognito/Private window for your first login attempt to ensure a fresh session on same computer.

2. If possible try it on different computer with primary email address and password.

3. If you're unable to recover the original account or resolve the issue, contact Atlassian Support for assistance.

Hello @pawarsachin84 , thank you for you answer.

I've tried points 1 and 2, but without success, unfortunately.

I've also tried to contact support, and it seems I can not open a ticket as I'm on a free account, so I was redirected here. Looks like only paid accounts could get support.
