I'm not receiving any invitation email for Bitbucket to access a repository or workspace that the admin has already invited me to. I've checked parts of my email and Bitbucket, and the admin has already resent the invitation, but I still haven't received it. How can I fix this problem?

Since you've already checked all parts of your mailbox and attempted a resend, it's possible that your email address is on Atlassian's suppression or bounce list. I recommend reaching out to Atlassian support to verify and resolve this.

I assume that your org is not blocking invitation emails due to some firewall or security settings.

I've checked and can see you're subscribed to notifications, and you are not present on any internal email suppression lists, so from our end everything looks ok.
Can you please ensure your email administrator whitelists our email accounts and then attempts to send the email again?
