Include ssh key on the site

Hi,

I try add the ssh key on the bitbucket site but when I clicked on "Add" button, this session just appear loading and not add my key.

I tried the web browsers Chrome, Firefox and Edge on my PC. On mobile browser I tried with Samsung Internet. Both happen the same result.

Hi @hbrambila,

We have been able to reproduce this behaviour in the following conditions when using Bitbucket Cloud (bitbucket.org):

- uploading an SSH that has already been added

- uploading an invalid SSH key

When creating a new SSH key, make sure to follow the instructions on the Set up an SSH key page.

While the message is visible in the Javascript console of the browser, no error is shown in the browser.

Thank you so much by your fast anwser. You helped me when you told that the ssh key should be a worng key!!!

I used the link below and following the steps for generate a ssh key.

It's a little unclear what's actually occurring, can you include a screenshot.

• Also are you adding a key to your profile or to a specific repository?

I was able to add an access key to one of our private repos just over an hour ago no problem.
