I have an issue where i cant connect to my workspace.
I cant see any workspaces even though i should.
My colleagues also sended me an invite to the workspace but i didnt even get an e-mail.
This is the Workspace i want to access
https://bitbucket.org/infinicarepositories
But somehow i dont even get there.
What i recognized is that in admin.atlassian.com the product url is https://doxee.atlassian.net
It should be https://infinica.atlassian.net
I dont even know if or how i can leave the product and go to a different one or however this should work.

I can see that the invitation is sent successfully.
Could you ask the admin to re-invite you to the workspace?

Could you check if the "Product Invitations" is checked in your Atlassian account's setting? You can follow the below steps.
If it is unchecked, could you please check it?
Once done, kindly ask the admin to re-invite you again.

In case you have firewall rules against your mail server, could you please check with your email server administrators to confirm whether the following IPs are permitted in your mailbox configuration?
These IPs are new IP ranges that our email provider are currently using.

I think we are going a wrong path... Some of my Colleagues also got invites sended and they have got the invitation.
I think the Issue here is that somehow i am in a different environment or something like that.
All of my colleagues are in infinica.atlassian... and i am in doxee.atlassian... which shouldnt be. And i dont know how to get away from that environment or how i can remove those Products...

I think Bitbucket Cloud workspace invitation does not interfere with any other Atlassian Cloud products such as Jira Cloud instances.
Based on our internal logs, I can see that the invitation email is successfully sent to your email address, hence, this will need to be verified from your mail provider why the email is not arriving your inbox even though it was successfully sent on our end. Additionally, if it is working with other users, there could some issue with your email's inbox. Perhaps, you could also check your spam/junk folder and see if the email was caught up there for some reason.

Our Mail Provider is fine. I just found out that i am in a wrong organisation called x. Thats why i dont get the Invitations.... How can i change that

You could ask your admins to invite you to both of organisations and see if that helps.
