TL;TR:

Although,
I tried both using user:password and/or user:app-password and it didn't change the results.
Already checked:
I validated the 1,2,3 and 5 by creating a job of type "pipeline" and loading it from a pipeline-library we have on bitbucket, it successful retrieve from bitbucket as do everything it should.
The only problem is that the plugin suddently stopped from "reading" the bitbucket team info and importing the repos to the jenkins platform.

What exactly is the fix for that? I went to the github page but can't find working solution there. It says to update 2.9.7 to 2.9.11 but what exactly? I have BitBucket plugins up to date.
