Hello,
I'm trying to add more people to use repository however they don't get invitation emails. Tried to add/remove users to group as well as `resend` multiple times. Email works just fine (emails from other services are delivered without any issues), no messages in spam
Hello @Sergei Batiukov,
Please open a support case with our team specifying exact email in question so that we can look it up. There are multiple common possible reasons for this, so it would be quicker if we just check it on our side.
Cheers,
Daniil
Hello Daniil,
Thanks, issue was promptly resolved by opening support ticket. Just in case someone gets stuck with similar issue: if you send first invitation and email get bounced by recipient email server all subsequent invites will be suppressed by Bitbucket.

I have tried to open a support ticket, but the (utterly awful) Atlassian page does not offer Trello as a product under Technical Issues. What do I do now?

I have the exact same problem. I guess I'll need to open a support ticket then?
@Daniil Penkin What to you mean with "specifying exact email in question"?

Sergei was asking not about his own email, which I can easily find, but about emails of some other users. So I asked to specify their emails in the ticket so that our Support team can look them up.
I can't find any bounces for your email, so I assume you also faced an issue with someone else's mailbox not receiving email from Bitbucket?
Cheers,
Daniil

Thanks for your reply, I see now.
I my case it's my own email. However I know that it was recently changed by my administrator. Not sure if it may be related to that change.

Hm, I don't see any immediate bounces for the email I'm aware of. Do you mind opening a support case for this? Our Support team will be happy to help.
Cheers,
Daniil
