I assume this concerns the email address of the Atlassian account you used to post this question in community?
I checked our email logs for this email address, and the emails we sent to it were dropped because we received a hard bounce response from your mail server when we sent an email in the past. Our email service providers use suppression lists to minimize repeated failed deliveries to invalid email addresses and to maintain our reputation. An email address is added to the suppression list after a single bounce.
I removed your email address from our suppression list just now. Could you please request a new password reset email now? A new email needs to be sent, because the previous ones were dropped.
