Hello,
Our account got locked. Somehow we're using 25GB of storage. Kindly run GC to see how much space we're actually using.
Thank you.
@Mark C Thanks
Do you mind running garbage collection to see the actual storage usage? I've seen other posts where people's usage went from 2GB to 200MB after garbage collection.
We just want to see what the actual usage so we know which plan to upgrade to.
Thank you.
Could you please provide some masked repo names where you'd like me to run Git GC (Garbage Collection)? (for example: repo_name masked: re******e)
Regards,
Mark

That's kinda difficult as we have over 100 Repos. I assume it's not possible to run GC on the entire account?
Our Storage usage is at 25GB. There's no plan that supports that.

Unfortunately, there's no option for us to run Git GC in bulk for 200+ repos.
If you've recently performed some cleanups with some of your repos, we can start running GC with those and see if that helps reduce the overall workspace size.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to a paid plan and utilise our 30-day trial period to restore functionality and provide more time to reduce your repository directly without deletion. You can choose to continue or cease your trial before the end of the 30-day period.

Welcome to the community.
If your workspace is on a Free plan, new limits will be enforced on May 29, 2025 . For more details please refer to the Blog.
If you would like to continue benefiting from the features and have an increased storage limits, please consider upgrading your workspace to one of the paid plans.
Otherwise, you'll have to maintain your workspace 1 GB limit by reducing you repositories following documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/reduce-repository-size/
