Dear Support team,
i once clicked on "Try" on the Bitbucket Atlassian app and now i have it attached to my account with no way of removing it. I have zero use for it and it's unnecessary clutter.
How can i remove it or is this something you can do?
Kind Regards
Christian
Hello @Hana Kučerová
cheers for the fast response.
I never created any workspaces and it does not seem like there are any. Please see the attached screenshot.
I've tried deleting the Bitbucket Account but that function just leads to general account deletion, which i obviously don't want.
Kind Regards
Christian
Hi @Christian Bassett ,
welcome to the Atlassian community.
Please, have you tried to delete the workspace?
For example here's similar question and Atlassian member suggests this as the best approach.

@Christian Bassett Thank you. If you have not created a workspace, based on which information do you think Bitbucket is attached to your account? Thank you.

To delete just your Bitbucket user account, you'll need to follow the below steps:
This process takes 30 days to fully process, so you will need to wait out this period until Bitbucket is fully deleted.
Cheers!

Hello, we would also like to delete the bit bucket app from our account. These instructions do no appear to work.
This leads to a message that states:
------------------
Delete account
You can delete your Atlassian account from your Atlassian account profile.

Following that link and delete this account would delete for all of my apps and is not what I am looking for.
