Are you aware of any upgrades happened recently for Bitbucket instance? This looks to be an Elasticsearch issues.
If you are not the admin for this instance, you may contact your Bitbucket admin to check for the logs(atlassian-bitbucket
.log
) for any search errors, admin could also try rebuild the search indexes by following this article :-

Can you try opening an Incognito Window on your browser(Ctrl + Shift +N) and then login to your bitbucket org and let me know if you are able to see the Search option at the top right corner near your Profile avatar?
If not, could you please share a full page screenshot of what you see at your end after you log into your Bitbucket profile
