SourceTree 2.4.8.0 - Unable to reach https://id.atlassian.com

We are installing SourceTree 2.4.8.0 on a server and are having a hard time allowing Source Tree to connect to https://id.atlassian.com  to allow for users to login.  Same when just trying to click on "Go To My Atlassian account".  Both links on the Source Tree set up seem to resolve to https://id.atlassian.com

We have allowed for the IP and ports found in the bitbucket documentation other than port 443 per a requirement we have.

Our issue is that when we click on "Use and existing Account"  or "Go To my Atlassian" during the set up of Source Tree we get  "This Page Can Not be Displayed"

Is there other IP's and ports for Source Tree? Is there something else we need to allow traffic from?  My network admin has indicated that  id.atlassian is already allowed and my.atlassian is also allowed.  

I can go to bitbucket.org on this server and access the site. 

Any information or suggestion are welcomed.

Have a look at this Community thread and see if changing the settings for IE works.

Thanks for the suggestion, we validated that our IE setting match what is discussed as the workaround but no luck.  Once we open Port 443 it works but we cant have it open on this server.
