Hi Chekib, are you using Crowd as a user directory? Please raise a support ticket along with the logs and the team should be able to help.
Bhushan, we are using active directory, I am actually not very familiar with the Bitbucket install, a developer who left the company recently installed it and configured it. I was able to access it initially, but not anymore now. Is there a way I can get with somebody on the phone to work on this issue with me, it is very critical.
