We have reports from our devs that they are unable to add some users as reviewers on a PR. It seems to be a intermittent issue and affecting few users.
For example, Dev A tries to add DevB and DevC as a reviewer to a PR, he doesn't see their names on the drop down list and is not able to add them. He can add DevD to the PR .
However, dev D can list and add both DevB and DevC as reviwers to the same PR.
I have asked the DevA to try using a different browser, incognito and the issue seems to persist.
Is this a known issue ? Could someone point me to a possible solution for this ?

To resolve this issue please follow this steps:
- Confirm the user status for DevB and DevC are active users
- Ensure permission for DevA, and make sure DevA has the correct permissions to add reviewers.
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Make sure the you have a stable network connection
- Check if Bitbucket is up to date with the latest patches
If the problem still persist, please contact Atlassian support.

- Both DevB and DevC are active users.
- Permission for DevA is same as DevD, and DevA can add other reviewers to the PR so he has correct perm to add reviewers
- Have done this
- No issue with network connection
- We use bitbucket cloud app not sure if there is anything that needs to be updated on client side.
