Upgrade BitBucket to latest LTS

Hello,

Very new to Bitbucket and Atlassian in general and sorry for the very noob questions.  We are looking to upgrade our installation of Bitbucket server.  We are currently using Bitbucket server v6.0.1 on OEL 7.x.  We want to to upgrade to the latest LTS version.  Where can find I the install files to download?  Can we do the upgrade in one step or do we have to perform the upgrade in steps?  Also, where can I find documentation for this process?
