User not receiving Bitbucket invitation email

Use is not receiving the Bitbucket invitation. We canceled and resent the invite but they are still not receiving it.

I had them check their Atlassian email preferences and they did not have 'Product Invitations' checked. They checked 'Product Invitations' and I cancelled the invitation and resent it. They are still not receiving the invite. The user mentioned that when they checked 'Product Invitations', a message displayed indicating it can take up to 5 days for the changes to take effect. Do we need to wait several days for the invite to send?

I canceled the invite and sent a new invite. The user still did not receive the invite email.

Could you check with the user if they already have an Atlassian or Bitbucket Cloud account?

The user already has a Bitbucket Cloud account but currently does not have access to any repositories yet.

Thanks for that.

For some reason, I couldn't see any new invites sent to Eva, could you confirm if you're inviting the user to the workspace called "Auto Club Group"?

After the previous invitations expired, I emailed a new Bitbucket invitation. The user is now receiving the invite and can access the repository. I'm not sure if anything was done on your end but thank you for taking the time to look into this.
