It appears that the workspace account owner has been deactivated by their organization admin. Please contact the organization admin to re-enable the account to regain access to the workspace.

This workspace is linked to the user account; thus, if the user account is deactivated, their workspace will also be deactivated. Unfortunately, there is no option to transfer the personal workspace. The only solution is to reactivate the user account and then move the repository to a shared workspace.

@Syahrul how can we do this. there is no option to reactive any of the users that we have attached to workspace. as i have said the admin user is also disabled
to get this sorted i will log on when your online (I'm in the UK). you seem to be online at about 2AM UK time.

Please note that this require organisation admin to reactivate the user account because the user is part of a manage account.

as i said, the admin has been deactivated, i have the user name and password and i have access to the emails. the email hasnt come through

Do you have the access to admin.atlassian.com? If you do, check the Products (now called Apps) section first. Do you see your bitbucket instance there?

I'm afraid not, that is the only way to contact them.
You also need to have either a standard or premium version in order to raise support tickets. You can sign up for a free trial for these and when you are finished with resolving the case you can disable it . The free trial lasts for 2 weeks.
