"Sync now" button is missing

I used "Sync now" quite a lot. I can't find the badge (like in this article https://blog.bitbucket.org/2013/02/04/syncing-and-merging-come-to-bitbucket) "This fork is XXX commits behind" any more. Is it disabled? How to sync with upstream repository from bitbucket interface?

The issue was due to the bug in bitbucket interface and should be fixed soon by dev team.
