unable to fetch the fingerprints

Hello Team,

I'm trying to setup a pipeline, while trying to fetch the connection from the host it is showing me an error that " unable to fetch fingerprints, check host ssh connection and try again".

When I referred the community blog, it is mentioned to raise a ticket on this issue. Can you please help me resolving this.
