Hi
I have a respository that is accessible via the git command line yet I am unable to access the repository via the Bitbucket portal. The system seems to have got itself in a twist as my repository was over 1GB and Atlassian was threatening to make it read only, so I upgraded to a paid plan. Now I can't access anything related to my account since the change. Also I changed my email address from emma.****.*****.****@gmail.com to emma.****.*****.****@pm.me.
I am actually quick concerned that this has happened and I just can't seem to figure out how to get to my data.
Thanks in advance
Emma Harris
Hi Emma and welcome to the community!
I can see in our system that there are two Bitbucket Cloud accounts, one for each masked email you mentioned here. The Bitbucket account that has as primary email address the Gmail one, doesn't have access to any repos. The other account has access to repos. Can you please try the following?
1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/ with your pm email address (not the Gmail one)
2. Select your avatar (top right corner) > All workspaces
3. For each workspace in the new page that opens:
I can see in our system that the account with the pm email address has access to more than one workspaces. The Standard plan has been bought for a workspace that has 0 repositories. After you access the account, I believe you'll want to downgrade the billing plan of that workspace to Free, and upgrade the billing plan of the other workspace instead, that has repositories.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Kind regards,
Theodora
