This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Publishing a Website on Bitbucket Cloud
I've created a repo according to the documentation, calling it `{mysite}.bitbucket.org`. When I try to access the site, it says "Repository not found". Are there other secrets? It doesn't seem to matter whether it's a public or private repo.
Hi Paul,
This looks to be working for me. You can see my sample repository at https://bitbucket.org/jeffthms/jeffthms.bitbucket.org and if you hit http://jeffthms.bitbucket.org/ you'll see the hello world message.
Can you confirm that you've created a repository that has a name of mysite.bitbucket.org where mysite is the same as your account name?
If the repository is public, could you share it?
Aha! I missed the part in the documentation that said you were only allowed to create a cloud hosting repo that matched your user account name. Honestly I was confused by the usage of the term 'account' in the article. I thought you could just create any old subdomain you wanted!
Thanks for the help!

Hello, same issue, and same problem.
It is indeed SO simple on Github to activate this basic feature....
Does anyone have a clue on how to do this ? Shall I go to Github ?
I am trying to publish web site in order to use my project as a Kubernetes helm repository.
Regards

It's been 2 years since the last comment. I cannot get to publish a page on here. I tried
https://<myworkspaceID>.bitbucket.io
https://<myworkspaceID>.bitbucket.io/<some project name>/
https://<my repo ID>.bitbucket.io/
nothing works.... It's just SO simple in GitHub, what's going on here? I followed ALL the documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/publishing-a-website-on-bitbucket-cloud-221449776.html
....

Hello all. I had the same problem and this was the workaround:
If your workspace ID is johndoe, do the following:
The workspace ID needs to be the same name as your repository, but without the .bitbucket.io, you add it only in the repository name.
Hope it can help you!
Thank you Tyler for the correct answer: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/BitBucket-Pages-Repository-Not-Found/qaq-p/933145
