Requested recovered question but after 24 hours didn't get any email with link to recover my account

I checked our email logs and I see that all the emails we have sent to your email address during the last week have been successfully delivered to your mail server. The 2FA recovery email was sent just a few minutes after you posted this question. Did you receive it eventually?
If not, I suggest checking your Spam folder and also if there are any filters on your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox. If you still cannot find it, I suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox.
Just a heads up, the recovery link in the Bitbucket 2FA recovery email is valid for 24 hours after the email is sent. If the link is no longer valid because more than 24 hours have passed, you will need to request a new recovery email.
