Restore Backup generated from SCM

We are using Bitbucket Cloud Service. We want to take Backup of all our Repos and Restore them back. Can you please help with following points:

1. We know how to take backup using SCM. But how to restore all the Repo backup to bitbucket in one go, as we have more then 300 Repos?

2. Can you suggest any other good method to take Backup of all Repo and Restore back to Bitbucket?
