Restrict pushing local branch to remote

The bitbucket user has to create a new branch from the Bitbucket UI only (By using Create Branch). How to restrict the user to create a local branch and pushing it in to remote??

Sadly, I don't think this feature is possible in Bitbucket Cloud, you can only restrict write access and merge via pull request by users and groups.
