This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Use the SSH protocol with Bitbucket Cloud
When I try to use port 443 as is suggested at the end of the article (when port 22 is blocked), I get the following message:
The authenticity of host '[altssh.bitbucket.org]:443 ([104.192.143.16]:443)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is SHA256:zzXQOXSRBEiUtuE8AikJYKwbHaxvSc0ojez9YXaGp1A.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?
I can continue, apparently without issues, but is that ok?
What do you think ?
Excerpt from docs:
The first time you access Bitbucket using the SSH URL, your SSH client checks to see if the Bitbucket host is a known host. If the host is not in your
~/.ssh/known_hosts
file SSH warns you that it is adding the Bitbucket host to known hosts:
You should also notice that zzXQOXSRBEiUtuE8AikJYKwbHaxvSc0ojez9YXaGp1A
does not look like your toe fingerprint. No curls there.
