See pull requests from multiple repositories

We have multiple repositories and during standup every morning we at the moment have to switch between 5 tabs in the browser to see all pull requests that are open. Is there a way to see all pull requests that are open now in all repositories we have? Maybe using search or something like it?

We are using the cloud version, there are no alternatives for that?
