I am not on the Bitbucket team, but I will try to help.

I don't think this API endpoint provides the full functionality available via the UI, but it will get you some of the way there: https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/api/2/reference/resource/repositories/%7Busername%7D/%7Brepo_slug%7D/branch-restrictions
