Hi,

Since few day we are unable to access our team workspace (on a free Atlassian).

It was open with the account (REDACTED, I have also added my personal email REDACTED).

There is 2 years of code and all our prototypes.

For some reason when trying to access the account from "REDACTED" it's redirecting directly to our holding.

I m starting to freaking out!

Thank you for reaching out to the community.

I can confirm that the workspace you've mentioned still exists and repositories are still there.
Unfortunately, the account you linked is currently deactivated by the organization.
For that, I highly recommend contacting the organization admins who are managing the account to either reactivate the account or provide you with admin access to the workspace.
