SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Unable to restart bitbucket server after reboot.

Web GUI showed the following error message:

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

• SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Based on that line, there might be 2 possible causes for that issue. My recommendation would be to check your logs and follow SpringMVC dispatcher could not be started. 

If that doesn't fix it for you, we'll need more information to continue helping you. Is there any other message in the logs? Was there any meaningful change in your installation before the reboot?
