I get this message from the beginning of my browser. I did not set up my bitbucket server.

Hi @TOBBUND

The behaviour you described is a known issue, and it's caused by a bug in a third-party library that Bitbucket Server uses. You can read more about it at Bitbucket Server fails to start when the current locale is Turkish.

The workaround is to configure Bitbucket Server to start with an English locale, you can also find the instructions in the article mentioned above.
