I need to get started with Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo , service Desk, is there good online self free training you could refer for training and getting started to those application ?

Hello,

have a look at the self-paced-tutorials from Atlassian, they should give you a great introduction to Jira.

I think you should have free access for 180 days.

You may want to go through documentation put out by Atlassian first. They also have a youtube channel with some good information as well.
